Privacy at IGAIV.
How we handle the information you send us, and what we do not do with it.
Who we are
IGAIV is a product of BoostBox Pty Ltd, ABN 40 335 518 787, based at Stones Corner, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean BoostBox Pty Ltd. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. In practice that is:
- Report requests. The website address you want analysed, your email address, and optionally the markets that matter to you and who you consider your competitors.
- Enquiries. Your email address, the subject, and whatever you write in the message.
Analytics. If you accept the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics to see which pages get read and how people arrive. Advertising features and personalisation are off, and IP addresses are anonymised. Google acts as our processor and may handle that data outside Australia. If you decline, the tag is never requested, so nothing about your visit reaches Google at all.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party tag managers on this site, we do not run remarketing, and we do not build audiences. You can change or withdraw the choice at any time on the cookies page, which lists every cookie in full. Withdrawing also deletes the analytics cookies.
What we do with it
We use it to prepare the report you asked for, to contact you about it, and to answer your enquiry. That is the whole of it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in the ordinary course of serving pages. We may use service providers for email delivery and for storing enquiries, and where we do, they act on our instructions and only for these purposes. Some of these providers operate servers outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and report requests for as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them for, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
This site is for businesses
IGAIV is sold to iGaming businesses. Nothing here is directed at consumers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious rather than slipped in.
