Who these terms are with
This website and the IGAIV service are operated by BoostBox Pty Ltd, ABN 40 335 518 787, of Stones Corner, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. By using this site you accept these terms.
What this site is
The site describes a service and is provided for general information. It is not advice on your particular circumstances, and nothing on it forms an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement between us is set out in a separate written agreement.
What the service is, and is not
IGAIV analyses how AI answer engines represent a brand, diagnoses the gaps, and provides a prioritised plan. Where a client connects a platform that supports it, we also apply agreed changes to that platform on the client’s instruction.
Any change we apply is made with the client’s authorisation. Connecting a platform is the client’s decision, access can be withdrawn at any time, and we act only within the scope granted. Where no platform is connected, the service is advisory and the client executes the plan themselves, including through our MCP. In either case we do not act on your behalf with any third party.
The client remains responsible for the content of their own site, including any change we apply at their instruction, and for ensuring it meets the obligations of their licences and their markets.
We make no promise about outcomes. AI answer engines are third-party systems that change without notice, and their answers vary between markets, between engines and between runs. We do not promise that a brand will be recommended, will be named, will rank, or will receive traffic, enquiries or revenue. Any figures or examples shown on this site are illustrative, and the brands used in them are fictional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, for having the authority to ask us to analyse a brand, and for deciding whether and how to act on anything we provide. Implementation, and the consequences of it, are yours.
Intellectual property
The content, design and materials on this site belong to BoostBox Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. Reports we prepare for you are for your own internal use. Please do not republish or resell them without asking us first.
Third-party names
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews are named descriptively so you know what is being measured. Their trade marks belong to their owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or opportunity, and our total liability in connection with the site or the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or without error. We may change or withdraw parts of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that state.
